These Terms & Conditions comply with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Lifted Hair Company operates as a platform and salon space hosting independent freelance stylists.
​​
All stylists operating within Lifted Hair Company are self-employed independent professionals. ​Bookings are made directly with each individual stylist via their own booking systems.
Each stylist is solely responsible for;
- their own services
- pricing, service delivery
- consultations
- patch testing
- client suitability assessments
- scheduling and the handling of their clients' personal data.

When you book via a stylist's individual booking link you are entering into a direct agreement with that stylist, not Lifted Hair Company.

Lifted Hair Company does not hold or manage client data on behalf of individual stylists and accepts no liability for services provided by independent professionals operating within the salon.

​2. Appointments & Bookings
​
All bookings made through a stylist's personal booking link are managed entirely by that stylist.
Please contact your stylist directly for:
- appointment changes
- cancellations
- refund requests
- rescheduling
- service queries

Lifted Hair Company does not manage or control individual booking systems.
​
3. Payments
​
Payments are processed directly by the stylist through their chosen payment provider.
We do not:
- Hold deposits
- Process refunds
- Handle chargebacks
- Control inidividual pricing
​
Any payment disputed must be resolved directly with your stylist.
​
4. Cancellations and Late Policy ​​
​
Each stylist sets their own:
- Cancellation window
- Deposit policy
- Late arrival policy
- No-show charges
​
By booking, you agree to the individual stylist's cancellation policy on their booking page. ​

5. Service Responsibility and Liability
​
Each independent stylist is fully responsible for:
- The services they provide
- The products they use
- Outcomes of treatments
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
​
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information before treatment.
​
Lifted Hair Company is not liable for service outcomes provided by independent stylists.

6. Complaints procedure​
​
If you have concerns about a service:
1. Contact your stylist directly in the first instance.
If unresolved, you may notify salon management at lucythehair84@icloud.com
You also have the right to seek advice from:
- Citizens Advice
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services where applicable
7. Commitment to Fair Treatment
We handle all complaints respectfully, fairly, and in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Children & Salon Safety
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Only clients receiving services may sit in styling chairs for safety and insurance reasons.

9. Personal Belongings
Lifted Hair Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon unless caused by our negligence.
10. Gift Vouchers:
​ - Gift vouchers purchased from a stylist are valid only with that stylist
​- Salon gift vouchers (if applicable) may have separate terms
- Expiry dates apply in accordance with UK law.

11. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse service where a client:
- Is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
- Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Poses a health, safety, or hygiene risk

12. Website Use
All website content is owned by or licensed to Lifted Hair Company. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)
​
Lifted Hair Company processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data only where you:
- Submit a website enquiry
- Sign up to marketing communications
- Contact salon management directly

Independent stylists operating within Lifted Hair Company manage their own booking systems and client records. When booking via a stylist's personal booking link, that stylist acts as the Data Controller for your personal data.
Please refer to you stylist's individual Privacy Policy for details on how they process your information.

14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of your statutory rights

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
